Deposit paid and no delivery/installation

I have received a quote from Alpha and Omega for the supply and installation of a shower door on 27 February 2013. The quote was accepted and the deposit paid on the same day.

Measurements have been taken at my house for the installation.

Up to today I have not had any further feedback from the company or has the installation been done.
