Shoddy Repair & No Response to Complaints

About a year ago Mats carpets Strand were asked to come repair laminated wooden flooring after water damage,
The repair was not done in a unsatisfactory manner subsequently Ive telephoned the offices three times left messages for the owner and a week has passed without any response.
I would like to warn potential clients that these guys do not provide a decent follow up sevice and unfortunately for me i have had to call in someone else to repair the work.
They do not think it necessary to at least have the decency of responding to a telephone call.
