Ignore mails/sms phone calls

I received training from Ronell Bresler. I know her sun is getting married but I send her mails tried to phone and then emaild training centre. They received my mail but just keep on ignoring me. I desparetly want to know the procedure to do my online excam. Ronell did send me a number that I must use to sign on but where on pastels website must I sign on. Is there anybody who can anser me please!!!
