Terrible Service

I have ordered from PC Palace a few times. Too many in hindsight.
Every time I order PC Palace never has the stock when they initially say they do.
Orders come 3 to 4 days later than they promise.

The promises of communication from PC Palace is terrible as I always need to call THEM to get any answer if any answer exists and if the person I'm dealing with is not at lunch, in a meeting or having a break doing who knows what.

It is absolutely unacceptable and I advise everyone to stay away.
