Last year they had free training to assist people on effectively using their services. Of course the more people who use it the more business they get but the way in which it was done and the helpfulness of the lady I dealt with showed that they do really want everyone to do well. Sure money can change hands and services have value but when it is over and above what you expect then a company stands out and that set them apart for me.
