I had the privilege of going to rAge 2013, and had purchased x2 Skull Candy Uprock headphones @ R200 each at the Matrix stand. I live in Durban and had purchased a pink set for my sister as a gift. Unfortunately when we had opened her set, they were flimsy and the sound was truly inferior than compared to my pair. I contacted Matrix Springfield and spoke to Chanelle who was respectable and offered me the assistance I required, I wont lie, I did face issues were my case was handed over to their head office to which I have received no response or even had any contact from. I had then contacted Chanelle who assisted me once again! The service she provided was excellent enough for me not to bother about not being contacted by the head office. Sadly I was informed that the Uprocks are no longer in production or something to that effect, and had purchased a pair for Double the amount from another store who still had stock of the Uprock. Keep up the EXCELLENT AND ADMIRABLE work Chanelle, you are truly a gem!!!
