Charged for subscription I didn't subscribe fo

Found out I was charged for a subcription I did not subscribe to. Have no idea how long this has been going on except to say I lost hundreds of rands in airtime. I thought someone else was making calls of my phone. Donremember downloading anything from this site either and it does not show in my inbox either. So what service was I paying for? I've seen other complaints for the same issue so my problem is not unique. I would like my airtime to be refunded. Thank you.
