Dubious HR Computek

I had never heard of HR Computek until I had to contact them (a member of WASPA who provided me with their contact number) regarding my airtime which was rapidly being depleted. Deductions were being made every alternate day for a service I had seemingly subscribed to. Emmanuel Chiunda of HR Computek informed me that I am not a direct customer of HR Computek but rather the client of one of their clients. HR Computek (an empowered S.A. company specialising in ICT solutions) serves clients in Government, public and private sector organisations such as the State Information Technology Agency (SITA), SARS, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Provincial and Local Government, Ministry of Finance, De Beers and PPASA. Emmanuel claimed he would investigate and revert the following day. Subsequent to his non-existent feedback I made numerous calls to no avail eventually resorting to sending an email for the attention of management. To my amazement, Emmanuel himself responded offering double the amount of the subscription fees that had been deducted from my airtime. I accepted via email dated 7 August, but have been deluded as I have received no retort and no refund.
