Norton unlock code doesnt work

I purchased software from symantec on 10th august order no 222100433 R319.99.

Regretfully when I apply the unlock code it doesnt work.

Emails sent requesting assistance go unanswered.

My wife's email address [Email Removed] has had no response at all.

What do I do? Ive spent my money and got nothing.
