How is my personal data protected

I have e-mailed Monique via the administration e-mail on 3 occasions requesting information on what steps are taken to protect my personal information. As a frequent user of hellopeter, you hold allot of my PI e.g. cell phone number, id number, policy numbers etc, how do hellopeter protect my data against a breach. I have look at your privacy policy and there is no information within your privacy policy. What you do say in your privacy policy is: 'By using Hellopeter.com, you consent to the collection and use of this information by the owner of Hellopeter.com.' How is hellopeter using my information.
