My car is kept for two weeks, they still want to keep it for another month beacuse of the harness, why cant they order the part and give the car back to me since they dont even provide the loan cars, claiming my car to be not drivable but it can move from outside the workshop where it was supposed to be kept for the whole month inside the workshop.

After the GM gave me his word nothing was kept, i believed him due to his position and seniority but i see they were getting me off their site.

I am really dissapointed with the GM i believed him and I agree to come back on 30/04/2013
