Ali saved the day!

I was on my way to an appointment on Tuesday evening 19 March when I got a flat tyre on the corner of Garsfontein and Solomon Mahlangu (Hans Strydom). This is a very dark, unsafe and intimidating area to have a flat tyre! I was woman alone, trying to phone for friends nearby to come help when Ali appeared and came to my rescue. At first I was very hesitant, but Ali helped me in a very non-threatening way, without trying to exploit the situation. He was kind and was very skillful - he clearly knew very well what he was doing. And I was able to be on my way again in no time!
Thank you so much Ali for your sincere kindness and help. This gives me hope again for South Africa where people can kindly reach out to others without putting their lives on the line. Much appreciated! May the same blessing and kindness be shown to you in the same way you assisted me.
