Over charge and fake membership club card

Charged me R150.00 for consumables to instal a battery. What a rip off. They then have a club card which they get ou to pay for an upgrade but when you buy something they won't give you points because your card has not been delivered. Card was bought in February. Sorry no excuse for that.
