No decency to get back to customer with informatio

Dada's motors - I had a look at a Caravelle for sale. I asked if they accepted trade-ins. They said yes. I took my mereceds for an evaluation, the salesman said he would get back to me. They phoned for the model of the car. I phoned through the information when i had it, a couple of minutes later. I was told they would get back to me that afternoon with an offer. | waited and waited until eventually on Saturday morning I phoned to find out as my husband wanted to look at the car - only to be told it was sold. So sick of bad service and when you informed them that you wanted the caravelle. They don't have the manners to come back to you. After the phone call I received another one having some feeble excuse and that they would get back to me that morning as the car actually hadn't been sold... still waiting
