Terrible experience using RMI Approved company

Car had engine failure & had to go to a RMI approved service provider i.e. Gothenburg Auto. Had an email from GA stating that the entire cost will be R18k. Informed him that I would purchase the parts, which i did & it was much cheaper.his markup was very hi. Parts were delivered to him on 25/02 & still no carThereafter he would call for additional parts which i had to go purchase and deliver. While the car was with him the computer box broke. When I enquired how it had broken he verbally abused me in the most vulgar language and insisted i pay, which i had to as the car was not being released. While he test drove the car, the car smoked and oil came out. He sd it was the valve stem seals. For this he billed me an additional amount of R5k over and above his original R8k for engine repairs plus the R2.5k. He called last friday to say car was ready. When we go there the car engine man light is on and idles like a truck. The day be4 the car was fine. I called RMI & they sd they don't have staff to look at this complaint & may look at it in the next 5/6 mths. Motorite provided an authorization of R4.5k which is not pd. I don't c why I must pay the R5 R2.5 as he was at fault in his workmanship.
