I was in two minds about buying a scooter owing to previous poor experiences with the quality and service from Loncin. However, after visiting Moto Mia in early February, I was impressed with the courteous, knowledgeable and friendly service from the branch manager Cedric Robertson. He went the extra mile to meet my requirments and helped me solve a problem that I was having with my nephew's scooter. This was more than enough to persuade me that I was in good hands and purchased the Moto Mia Java 170cc in early February. I have just taken it for the first 300km service and am again impressed with the attention to detail and the customer care while waiting.
