Untrustworthy/Empty promises/Dishonesty

I had one of the worst experience ever with your Imperial Roodepoort branch (Ontdekkers Road, Helderkruin).
They sold a Golf 5 to me and phone 2 days later telling me they can't sell the car to me because of engine problems and therefore won't get road worthy approval to pass and then the following day it was sold as a trade in. All of this after I signed paperwork and it was clearly stated to me that no matter what I get first option. Even a congratulations on your car.
Worst is maybe that not only the sales guy Liam, but also the Manager Marius, is both involved in this particular case.
Is this the way Imperial treat their client and/or offering a service which is based on untrustworthy, empty promises and dishonest??
This was so uncalled for and didn't expect it at all.
