First Car Rental
I want my deposit. i am very angry!

I rented a car on friday morning from Cape Town branch and returned it to Cape Town the following morning. Everything was in order and now i want my deposit i am told to wait for seven days. This has never happened before and i need the money now.

I called your call centre agent who kept on repeating the word unfortunately. I hire a car almost every week as i am traveling a lot between Cape and Durban. I need my deposit back as i want to hire a car tomorrow. my reservation number is 30347279.

I have never experienced this with your company before and i am wondering why now.
