Appreciating Honesty and Good Service

A very pleasant experience was eventually had when I purchased a new Sorento from the KIA Northcliff branch. The sales staff were staight forward and honest - even if the answer was not what I wanted to hear. It all started with a completely different experience at the new Weltevreden Branch. Here I found out the Sportage I signed an offer for, didn't exist, the alternative Sorento (at a special discount) also didn't exist and there were "no more in the country". After these and other "incredible stories" from their sales staff, I went into the Northcliff branch and was told straight away that the Sportage has up to a 12 week waiting list and the Sorento is getting a face-lift shortly. However the fresh honesty, great service and good deal has resulting in me being the owner of the Sorento and loving it. Thanks to Cindy, Wilma and crew at Northcliff. Keep being honest - clients do appreciate it.
