Dont let your Tata break

Never think buying a Tata will save you money. My 2008 Tata Indica's top gasket blue and I send it in for repairs at Tata Centurion. The car was driven for -300 m when it overheated & I immediately stopped & turn off the car & towed in to Tata which is 800 m from where I stopped. This all happened mid December 2012 & I requested the quotation to be send to me for repairs. Jan & Feb 2013 I made numerous calls to Kurt Kaizer with a lot of promises. I visited the dealership in Feb 2013 Kurt gave me an estimation of R 18 000 to repair the car. I was told that it would take 4 hours to open the engine and that I need to pay for this to get a formal quotation to the amount of R 1960 on 17 Jan 2013.I was further told that I need to pay the assessment amount of the engineering company as well, still waiting for the amount. After numerous calls to Kurt Kaizer I received my quotation on 19 Feb 2013 to the amount of R -R 36 000 to repair the car. They are basically repairing the whole engine and replacing parts that have nothing to do with the problem.19 Feb 2013 I requested a quote for a sub assembly to date nothing received. I visited to shop today & again Kurt could has done nothing on my car!!!
