Android tablets before i could revieve it

My sister posted 4 android tabs with speed service
posted it with speed service around the 6th of march 2013
when i went to pick it up from the post office iwas told that my parcel was under investigation.
the guy behind the counter told me the the weight off the parcel in Durban is different for the weight
they received..when he shook the packet u can hear it ids empty.
2 of the tablets was.
i know that there is a strike going on but that doesn't mean they can do whatever they want with people
packages.
if this is not sorted out i will no longer be using there service.
this incident is not acceptable... people work are hard to get what the want..dont and take the easy way out.
