Excessive repair costs – no assistance from VWSA

My 2009 VW T5 CrewCabs Turbo Blew, the car has 110700Km on the clock and has FSH with VW I eventually got the quote for the repairs R65, 000.00 I only paid R260K for the car, quoted the following: Turbo: R20 505.41, Catalyst: R26 324.82, Cooler: R4 205.95
I phoned VW SA to complain, a week and a half later & a number of follow up calls by me, VW SA will offer NO help with repair costs and South Coast VW will give a small discount How is one supposed to pay that while still paying off the vehicle! I am absolutely discussed that VW SA will offer no assistance to the repair costs on a 4 year old vehicle with 110000 K's on the clock! Even when it seems to be quite a common problem! I would really like to have the Regional After Sales Manager. Dieter, phone me and give me the reason why VW are not prepared to offer assistance on what seems to be a common problem with the Turbo and how they can justify charging these exorbitant prices for these items!
I can honestly say I will never ever ever buy a VW again! I will defiantly go for a Hyunda H1 - 5 year /150000K warranty.
VW just lost a customer for life!
