BRILLIANT UNTIL SERVICED!!

I own a automatic Mercedes CGI 200. I drove the car for 17 000 km until it was sent for it's first service, when i received it back it was non responsive, the performance overall was terrible (like a donkey). turbo got red hot without even being driven hard. mercedes told us turbo was blown (the car was just received back after computer instructed service) took car back and the agents kept it for a week telling us all the problems. eventually telling us the wrong software was updated. also engine was overfilled with oil. main complaint now is the lagging and non responsive of gear changes. agents unable to fix problem and i've asked for original software to be replaced as it was when i bought the vehicle. i have been told that the original software cant be downloaded again. at the moment received car back after another service and still the same. highly unhappy with Mercedes. something needs to be done!!
