I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate CMH Datcentre Pinetown on the provision of excellent after sales service.

My wife recently purchased a 370z coupe from Bruma Nissan and since we live in Durban, I took the car in to CMH Datcentre Pinetown to attend to a squeaking noise from the braking system. Their operating hours are 7:15 am to 17:00, however I was accommodated at 6.30am. I spoke to a gentleman, Clyde, and informed him that I had a meeting to attend to and if he could please attend to my booking earlier and arrange for transport for me to get to my meeting on time. Mr Clyde gladly assisted me, even though he had just arrived at work and they only open at 7:15am.

Mr Clyde was very pleasant and accommodating and ensured that my car was booked in and that I made it in time for my meeting. He called me a few times during the day to update me on progress of the vehicle. One of the technicians also called me to advise me on progress. The repairs were also completed on time and I was fetched at the time promised. When I arrived at the dealership to fetch my car, it was sparkling clean and the repairs were explained to me in detail.
