Courtesy car charged to my account

My car was towed to bmw clearwaters on 16/12/12 to bmw clearwaters under motorplan. i was given a courtesy car from avis. i had to pay the holding deposit via my cr card for the car
when my car was ready... i returned the car back to bmw (as agreed by the service manager)
2 days later... avis charges me with a R1711.40 for 2days car hire
i have contacted the service manager from the 20 december 2012 untill 21 feb 2013
he is aware of the situation and promises to refund the money back... 2 months later and i am still trying to get hold of the service manger... he never returns my calls . and is always unavailable

and nobody else at the branch can help me
