On 10 December I was looking for a vehicle within a very tight, rather low, budget. Within 2 days, the vehicle was chosen. Duane went above and beyone to ensure I found the right vehicle at the right price. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything and went the extra mile in negotiating a very good deal for me with his manager. He ensured that all the little problems on the vehicle were sorted out before I took delivery. Despite the fact that the vehicle value was not very high, he made me feel as important as a customer spending a lot more. Thank you Duane for the excellent service!!
