Service in exceptional circumstances

Arrived at the airport needing to book a car. Despite the difficult circumstances I presented them with they both went out of their way to accommodate me.
The service was friendly, professional and reflected amazingly on their company and, I am sure, to all visitors not only to Durban, but to South Africa.
