My son-in law put deposit down on a Suzuli Swift and having phoned twice in the week to make sure they could collect the car today, Saturday 16th, they were told the paperwork was not ready. After BRAMLEY/KEW Suzuki bent over backwards for me, I am disgusted at the attitude of their? untrained,? disinterested salesperson, who has had a week to sort out, email or fax paperwork and turned a pleasant experience into a very unhappy situation.
