Wheel balancing

I had my wheels balanced at Hi Q Umbilo Rd, Durban on the 6th of January. The guy was trying to get me to change my tyres, which still have 60% life. After the balancing, the car was shaking at 120 Kph. I took the car to Bluff Tyres for balancing, and they found that three wheels were way out of balance. Seriously? After just two weeks?

There are some shenanigans going on here with them trying to push new tyres onto people.
