False Advertising

I have always praised Tata Highlands North, customer service, attitude and their willingness to help.
I was disappointed recentley when I was given an amount only to be told a completely different amount for a car that I was interested to buy.
I saw a Polo Vivo that you were selling, I was told it's R105 000. To me it made a lot of sense as even on car itself, it was written from* R1790 as monthly premiums.
When I was about to submit the papers, I was told that the car is actually R116 000 at 45000km. It is fault advertising. Tata should honour the price that I was initially told. It doesn't make sense for me to buy this second hand car for R116 000 where as I can get a brand new Polo Vivo for R123 000.
