I sent a message to their customer service regarding a payment that I made for a car rental which I ended up not being able to hire due to not having enough funds on my card for a deposit which I have not been aware until pickup. I paid an amount of R1517.21 for a car that I ended up not hiring because when I went to pick it up I had to pay an amount of about R2800 which I did not have. Rentalcars does not mention this deposit amount when you pay for the car hire, only after paying do you see that condition on the voucher. This is unfair, I paid for a service that was never rendered and I am not getting a response from them. Please refund me as I did not use the car!
