Once again no repayment of my deposit

Picked Car up from CPT 21/11/2013 taken back 20/01/2014 - no extras to pay.
Reservation No: 1766419
You took R2000 deposit which you have NOT refunded.
I sent a query on 28 Jan asking for this refund
It is now 1 February and I still have not had this refund.
Please do this now.
I have this trouble every year
