Vary Bad Service!! Stay away, day light!!

Got a quote, (First one), of R16 700. We arrange for them to pick up our stuff on the 14 December 2013, which rolled over to the 15th, and finally they showed at 7am on Sunday the 16th, with a small truck and open trailer, which came as no surprise that some of our stuff arrived wet. Meanwhile, the quote went up from R16 700 to R18 300, which was apparently for the wrapping of stuff and the temp storage, which Amos and I agreed on the (final) price would be.

Okay, so they will deliver our goods on the 3rd of January, and showed up at 2AM on the 4th of Jan, with a messed up truck, barely road warty as they were in an accident because the brakes failed!

Some of the stuff are unusable, very badly handled. Still waiting for the "Insurance" part of the deal they spoke off, have no good intention that we are going to get any money back for the broken goods as it is almost a month..meanwhile, the cost went up from R18 300 to R25 000, which I saw only after the delivery, and did not agreed on paying. But sadly they send the same bill to my company (which was paying), and they paid Amos in full without us knowing it were 2 different quotes.
