Prior to arriaval at Cape Town and Durban, and confirmed that Woodfords had a rearward facing baby seat for our five month old Baby on upon arrival we were told they do not have this type of baby sea, t instead we were given a forward facing seat for a much older child. I could have brought my own seat with me. The CEO Mr Suleman said he would not charge me for the incorrect car seat, when I returned the car and baby seat I noticed the charge and Abu (Bad Attitude) would not refund me same with Durban I am still awaiting a refund and call
