Turbo Exchange really let me down

I took my turbo in for repairs and they gave me a quote for R2000, when I got it back it was installed by a professional mechanic and oil was checked.a drive around the block and my turbo was really messed up. I took it back and the manager didn't even speak to me after they called him.they told me it was my fault and didn't live up to their 6 month guarantee policy. I am truly disappointed in the way they treated me and in their poor service. I'll rather find another place to repair it, it was simply a waste of money and time.
