Unsubscribe ignored

Despite having unsubscribed numerous times, and even lodged a complaint on this website, I continue to get unwanted emails (spam) from Avis. Most recently, an advert entitled New Year- New Journey.
I will be supporting Europcar in future, simply because I don't get spam from them.
