Poor Negligent incomplete Car Service

I have paid for engine parts since 2013-08-28 till to date nothing has arrived and I am currently driving their incomplete serviced car. I need my refunds back or a solution to their car. I am also experiencing gear box faults after they worked on the car. I have money for what they quoted for but when I place orders I get no respond and I am using the car. I will not even think its good to look at a new model with this dealership!
