Worst Service in South Africa

I sent documents to Durban via same day service and confirmed that the documents have not yet arrived. I called the call centre and all available numbers for speed services and after eventually getting hold after 35 minutes. I was told that the drivers are on strike from this morning. They have no other information regarding this strike. They should close down the operation.

I contacted the Durban Branch and was told that they were only informed now about the strike in JHB.

This is honestly the worst service I have received ever!
