WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, NIGHTMARE COMPANY

I purchased a vehicle from this company. At first they couldn't do enough to get problems taken care of, register the vehicle etc. And the vehicle had MANY problems, and I returned it countless times. When I got it back, they would say they had fixed it, but this is a sham... they had not. The vehicle spent more time in their garage than in mine during the first 6 months. After a while it became impossible to get hold of Keith, he was always "out of the office", and never returned calls. I would have to drive there and occasionally managed to catch him. He would then agree to whatever I requested, and nothing would be done.
I took my complaint to the Office of Consumer Protection. The people at Easson Motors never even responded to the complaint and failed to turn up at a meeting scheduled by the OCP.

I could say a lot more but I am bound by the rules of HelloPeter with regard to making remarks which might be considered insulting or defamatory.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE - YOU COULD BE BUYING YOURSELF AN EXPENSIVE PROBLEM WHICH YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE TEMPTED, RUN A MILE.
