Ripping off the custome

I heard a whistling noise from my engine on my Isuzu KB250 so took it to Isuzu in Plumbstead. After a diagnostic test (which I had to pay R650) they told me my turbo was faulty. They quoted me R37 100 to replace. I decided not to have it done by them, but found Hayes Motors in Bellville, who after a telephone conversation about what the problem was they identified the problem (no charge of R650) they repaired it for a total of R7651. That is close to a R30 000 difference in price for the exact same work and part compared to Isuzu in Plumbstead.

Thanks Hayes Motors - from now on I will send all Isuzu owners I know in your direction - what a great company. As for Thorpe Isuzu in Plumstead - stop ripping off the public who work hard for their money.
