Firestone Tyres are terrible!!!

The tyres are the worst quality tyres I have ever driven in. I have been battling to get hold of Montague Gardens Bridgestone Technical Department and today I eventually decided to stop by before I went to work. I was asked to leave my contact information and I did. This was at 9am. At 3pm i called back to find out if anybody would call me. 5 minutes later a gentleman named Sean calls and advises me he is the technical guy that deals with evaluating tyres. He then and told me that he had been calling me the entire day on my cellphone which was off. My cellphone is fully charged and on. I told him that I havge a noise in my tyres since I had to deadbrake to avoid an accident and when I took them for rotation I was told the noise would be worse. He tells me that unfortunatley they have no guarantee on flat spots and that there is nothing that he can do. I asked him if he would give me a final evaluation without even looking at the tyres and he said if its a flatspot then he cant do anyhting. He then told me that they make the best tyres in the world after which I told him that I have never experienced this with MICHELIN. I pray to that Bridgestone goes bankrupt.
