I took my car to BMW Fountains on Wed 23/01/2012 (Charcoal BMW 323i) reg XDT 662 GP. and i was assisted by Mr Prinsloo, later during the day he called me to tell me my car will be available only on Friday afternoon. he asked if i will have a mode of transport which i said Yes. on Thursday he called me to give me progress on my car, even on friday he called again just to tell me that they are still busy with my car, when i got there around 16:45 they were still doing touch ups in the Car, i left the dealership around 17:30 and Mr Prinsloo was still there to make sure everything is alright. i just wanna say thank you for a friendly and efficient service. your one of a kind
