Worst removal company eve

AB Movers moved my piano from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The piano turned up at my house a week later (no call from them until I chased) and the woodwork was severely damaged. This was in October. It is now first week of December and although I have sent numerous email and made numerous calls I have barely heard from them. They finally sent a carpenter round to my house about 2 weeks ago and then I still didn't hear from them until I chased. I have now demanded a full refund for the removal which cost just a little less than R5, 000(!!!) and they have not even bothered to email or call me. Absolutely disgusting customer service and not to mention they classify themselves as specialist piano removals and my piano has never been so damaged by any removal company before.
