NO HELP, USELESS SERVICE, NEVER ANSWER PHONES!

I bought an item from the US using super saver option. It was shipped 16th November! My GM no stopped tracking it 18Nov at Oregan. Now this parcel has arrived in the country I have no idea where it is.
I have spent countless rands of airtime calling your useless call centers, to be passed around to a different person, my last call was of 40 minutes duration and spoke to no less than 6 different people. That is when they actually pick up! Been calling 011 961 6006 since 9am and no pick up till now!
I have the GM no and just want the local tracking no. I just want my parcel. I will never use DHL for anything ever again with such useless service.
