Broken promises!!

I took delivery of my vehicle on 09/09/2013.
The fitment of the Towbar & Park Distance control (that have already been paid for), has not been done - almost 3 months later. Now I've been told that I need to take my vehicle to Edenvale for the fitment, after I was promised that it would be done in Pretoria, Menlyn. I'm not going to put extra kilometers on my car, because they cannot keep the promises they made! This is unacceptable!!!
