Several months ago, after much trauma and dissatisfaction with another vehicle dealership, particularly in relation to servicing and support, I sold that vehicle in favour of a Honda, which came highly recommended. I have been driving a Jazz Hybrid for the past 8 months and can confidently say that I made the right decision. I can still recall the sales manager saying "welcome to the Honda family! ". At the time, jaded by previous experience, I had my doubts..
