I met in an accident and called a few panel beaters for a quote. VIP were one of the three I called. Shaun from VIP responded promptly to my request and even met me where it was convenient for me and a time after hours to view my car. He quickly provided me with a quote, offered to assist with a car and transport to and from and even if i wanted him to collect the car, whatever was convenient for me. I took my car in to VIP and Shaun allowed my to contact him on his cell and promptly responded to any queries i had... and there were a few as this is my car... he was pleasant at all times. I got my car and VIP did an amazing job. the car looks lovely, Shaun even came himself to drop off the car. was really pleasant and amazing service. Happy with the whole process. Thanks
