I have been looking to hire a car for my holiday in December, Like a vigilant consumer I do my research on the Companies concerned, the service expectation and the actual service provided,
According to the recording, Europcar has exceptionally high standards, I didn't notice any. There was no service provided at all as I had waited 15 minutes for my call to be attended to,
I am no longer considering giving my business to Europcar, they are unfit to take my call, meaning they are unfit to provide me with a great service and are guaranteed to make my holiday miserable and regrettable.
