Shocking Service

The treatment from Ian Finlay is absolutely shocking, the Director of TC Autobody. I took my vehicle in for the second time, as I picked up issues with the paintwork and interior faults.

I get told blatantly that my front bumper will never be aligned as the car was smashed before. When I first picked up the car from TC Autobody, it was fine. Previously the work was completed by another panel beater in Pretoria, approved by Auto & General. So did they not do a good job?

He also told me that if Lucinda was handling my car it would have been correct the first time. This was shocking, as I did not get the respect from Lucinda. Did he even know what happened? I was so disgusted about what I was hearing, that I decided to leave.

After all of this, I did not get a call to say what was happening with my car, but decided I was going to pick it up over the weekend. I just couldn't take it anymore. I then took my car to the assessment centre for them to have a look at my car.

Now I have also noticed that there are still issues with my car. The people that assisted me from start to end was Jackie and Craig, passionate about customer service.
