Repair of Quad bike KFX700

On the 19/10/2012 I paid an amount of R 11386.00 to extreme superbikes to repair my Quad KFX700. Since then when I ask him when will I receive my bike, he have everytime an excuse. till today I did not receive my quad back from x-treme superbikes & it is over an year. An tax invoice can be supplied to show proof of payment.
